Privacy Policy – Sanubari WordPress Client

Effective date: June 24, 2026

This privacy policy applies to the Sanubari WordPress Client Android application (the “App”) developed by KarMeng (“I”, “me”, or “my”).

1. No Data Collection

The App collects absolutely no personal data. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no telemetry, no device identifier collection, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

2. No Servers

The App does not transmit any data to me or to any third-party servers. All network communication is directly between your device and your own WordPress site over HTTPS.

3. Local Storage

All credentials (site URL, username, application password) are stored locally on your device only, encrypted using Android’s EncryptedSharedPreferences. Posts and drafts are stored locally in an SQLite database (Room) on your device. No data leaves your device except when you intentionally publish a post to your WordPress site.

4. WordPress Site Data

When you choose to create, edit, or delete a post, the App sends your request directly to your WordPress site using the credentials you provided. The App does not transmit your content to me or any third-party service. Content is sent directly to the WordPress site that you configure.

5. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:

  • Internet – Required to communicate with your WordPress site.
  • Camera – Only when you choose to take a photo for a post.
  • Storage / Media – Required only when you choose to upload media from your device.

These permissions are never used except in direct response to your explicit action within the App.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
